A CHARTER ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COURT COSTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OBERLIN, KANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Article 12, Section 5 of the Kansas Constitution and notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 12-4112, any person found guilty of violating any provision of ordinances of the city may be assessed court costs for the amount of any court reporter or stenographic charges, fees or mileage of witnesses, expenses incurred in the service of process, costs of publication of notices and such other charges as are authorized by the statutes of the State of Kansas and, in addition thereto, court costs in the same amount as set by the State of Kansas for offenses in District Court.
SECTION 2. Any ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
